Can I get a refund or transfer my event entry to another event?

As per our Terms & Conditions, refunds are not available. However registrations can be transferred across to either another event this season, or to an event next season.

If the transfer is arranged within 7 days of the event, 50% of the registration can be transferred across.

If the transfer is arranged prior to 7 days out from the event, 75% of the registration fee can be transferred across.

Please contact us at info@oceanswim.co.nz prior to the event, to arrange a transfer of your event registration.

I have entered 3 or more swims and am getting my pack couriered, but it hasn't arrived yet - when should this arrive?

Multi-swim packs (3 or more event locations) are dispatched on the Monday of event week on an overnight courier, so should arrive to you on the Tuesday or Wednesday of event week.

They are delivered “Non-Signature” so if no one is at the address when they are delivered, they should be left in a letterbox or at your door.

If your swim pack hasn’t arrived leading into event day please give us a call on 09 486 0240 or email to info@oceanswim.co.nz and we will be able to track it for you.
