Can I get a refund or transfer my event entry to another event?

As per our Terms & Conditions, refunds are not available. However, If you cannot take part in the event, your registration is transferable to another event this season

If the transfer is arranged prior to 7 days out from online entries closing, 75% of the registration fee can be transferred to another event. If the transfer is arranged within 7 days of event online entries closing (2 days before the event), 50% of the registration fee can be transferred to another event. If you do not contact the organisers prior to the event online entries closing to arrange a transfer, the registration fee is non-refundable.
